WDDIS maintains full financial data isolation during checkout transactions:

All payment card processing is tokenized directly via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (Stripe & Razorpay).
WDDIS web servers never capture, process, or store sensitive credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or banking PINs.

Support chats and consultation exchanges run on our custom, in-house server architecture:

Chat messages and file attachments are hosted exclusively on secure WDDIS servers without third-party SaaS tracking scripts.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures only authorized IT staff assigned to your project can review chat history.

5. Vulnerability Disclosure & Responsible Reporting

If you are a security researcher or client and believe you have discovered a potential security vulnerability on WDDIS, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please notify our security team immediately at support@wddis.com with detailed steps to reproduce the issue so we can investigate and address it promptly.

Are client server passwords shared for support kept secure?

Yes. Credentials provided for website maintenance or 24/7 Tech Care are stored in encrypted password vaults and accessible only to assigned developers during active support tasks.

How often are security patches applied to WordPress builds?

Under our maintenance and 24/7 Tech Care plans, core security patches, theme updates, and plugin vulnerabilities are reviewed and patched routinely.

How does WDDIS respond to potential data breach attempts?

Our engineers enforce automatic IP blocking, isolation of affected modules, and formal notification protocols in accordance with India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR guidelines.
