2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted artwork, text, source code, or media has been used on WDDIS without authorization, you must provide a written notice containing:

  • Physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Exact URL or location of the infringing material on WDDIS.
  • Your contact details (Name, Address, Phone, Email).
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If material you uploaded or submitted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notice containing your contact information, exact URL, consent to jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and international digital laws, WDDIS enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, suspend client portal access, or disable hosting for users who repeatedly infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Official notices must be sent directly to our Copyright Agent via email at support@wddis.com with the subject line "DMCA Copyright Notice".
How fast does WDDIS respond to DMCA complaints?
Upon receiving a valid, legally compliant DMCA notice, our legal compliance team reviews and acts upon it within 24 to 48 business hours.
What happens if false claims are submitted?
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to legal liability and damages.
